McDonald's Restaurants

I was in town for a few days for meetings. I went into this McDonalds on three occasions - twice for coffee and once for lunch. On all three occasions the restaurant was a mess. On one trip, while the counter person was pouring my coffe, a young man was flirting with her from in front of the counter, throwing paper from his straw wrapper at her in bits and pieces. These came close to landing in my coffee. I was just about to speak to him when he turned around, and was wearing a uniform - he worked there too. Incredible. Never mind the flooded bathrooms and dirty floors and tables, this was terrible cleanliness and service.

This store has been on a downward spiral since the Kenny's took over. Tonight, I had to ask the manager to wash the floor (there were huge black marks all over cups, napkins strewn about.) A young girl strolled out in tortoise mode with a mop and bucket (no broom). Don't ever lean up against the condiment and pop section. It's always filthy--always. The food is always ice cold and they never have apple pie. I'd be embarrassed to take a visitor there. What a difference between that one and the one in Glace Bay--last week, I got fries there, and they were still boiling hot when I got to my home in Sydney. I think a call to the Dept of Health would be in order. Staff must be brain dead to not notice the condition of store/ they never clean the tables or counters. Young man next to me said that I should see the play area it's a disgrace. They certainly take the fast out of fast food---service is ridiciously slow.

Horrible. Staff told us to call head office and wouldn't give us a refund.

The whole order was wrong.

I have been to numerous resturants and believe me the McDonalds in Sydney, more specifically the Welton Street store should conduct periodic reviews of THEIR Managers,espicially one by the name of Kent 3 - 11 shift July 9th/09. The man is on a power trip the way he treated a young employee lastnight,the rsult should have been a complaint to Human Rights and the NS dept of labor as well as a complaint to the food inspection agency

not very good.. doesnt no how to cook their food right , its always half cooked , and doesnt have good empoylees and the manager doesnt act like a good manager !
